Where Aparna Sarjapur Road Stands

The project holds its environmental clearance, granted on 29 November 2025. That clearance is not a building-plan sanction: permission from the town-planning authority is still to come.

Not registered with K-RERA as at 7 October 2026. Confirm the K-RERA registration before you pay anything.

Three gates remain: the town-planning authority's building-plan sanction, the K-RERA registration, and Aparna's announcements of the project's name, price, apartment sizes and dates.

Aparna Sarjapur Road Master Plan

Eleven blocks are arranged over a common two-level basement, and buildings cover about 14% of the site at ground level. The basements carry nearly all of the parking, and ground is set aside for parks, civic amenities and road widening.

ElementAs planned
BasementA common two-level basement, upper and lower
Car parking2,150 spaces: 1,061 on the upper basement, 1,083 on the lower basement and 6 on the surface, about 1.06 per home
Parks and open spaceAbout 2.4 acres reserved on the site
Civic amenitiesAbout 1.2 acres reserved on the site
Road wideningAbout 1.2 acres set aside on the site
TreesAbout 1,280 planned

The site plan that would show each block's position, the entry points and the open spaces has not been released, and the figure in this section is an indicative impression made for this site, not Aparna's drawing. The developer must leave buffers from water bodies and drains in line with the planning authority's byelaws, a condition of the environmental clearance, which is not a building-plan sanction, so ask to see them marked on the sanctioned plan. The masterplan page shows how to read it.

Aparna Sarjapur Road Floor Plans

The layout fixes how the 2,024 homes divide across the blocks: three blocks of 142 homes, six of 189 and two of 232.
